    I rent the car from Brisbane Bargain Rent a Car late last year, and was an absolutely shocking experience. I was provided a car with 4 unroadworthy wheels. One of the types was flat in the second day of my holiday. I had to ring RACQ because nobody answered the phone from this car rental company for hours during the day, and finally I was told by the car rental company I had to pay the call out fee and fix tyre fee on my own cost. So I drove the car to the cloest garage (goodyear autocare) and the manager there told me that none of the types were roadworthy and all the types had to be changed. The boss from this rental car company threatened me on the phone and required me to drive this dangerous car to his appointed garage (southport budget). He said he wouldn't do anything for me unless I drive the car to his appointed garage and I was wasting my time in my holiday.
